I understand wanting to Sprint to hold up their end of a non-compete agreement, since afterall, iPCS did pay for exclusive rights for branding and sales in those areas, and those exclusive rights were their investment. However, Sprint offered a good premium over the stock price, so trying to fight now is utterly ridiculous.

Sprint really should have bought them outright with the other affiliates, and that should have been resolved before the idea of rolling out WiMax.
