Cellular South to Buy Corr Wireless

This is basically a mom and pop acquiring another mom and pop. The thing is Cellular South is CDMA and Corr is GSM. I wonder what their plan is and if they even attempted to obtain any of the divestitures from the Alltel or Centennial buyouts?

Yes, I am very curious as to how this is going to work. I am a Corr customer and I love Corr. My daughter also works for Corr, so we can't figure out how the CDMA/GSM thing is going to work. They are saying 6 months for the FCC and then up to a year to convert. Which way? That is a good question.
