Verizon will more than likely get the Puerto Rico licens. I know they sold there own in 07, but I can see Verizon taking it because its CDMA already with EVDO.

Except VZW has no presence in Puerto Rico, they sold out to Claro several years ago. And Claro is converting to gsm.
