LOL Thats NOT at all true! I have been on the unlimited plan since they first started it. The 20mb of data covers 200 plus pics messages. Your only charged if you exceed the 20 or 50mb your given. As stated on there page because it uses the data.

If you notice in the terms too under the * it tells you that rate only applys if you exceed the 20mb's of data trsfer. Hope that helps!
