anyway, I find the arguments on this page kind of terrifying. Or rather the nature and ferocity of them. Because what I take from this is that a president can suspend habias corpus by fiat, create a detention center outside the rule of the courts, bypass established warrant laws with regard to search of american citizens and give faulty intel to congress in order to drag the country into a war under false pretexts to satisfy an idelogical position upon which there has been no national debate.... So long as you dont think about restricting anyones right to talk on their cell phone whenever they damn well feel like it.
Because then all hell break...
