So what you are saying is if you did have a Company issued phone, and you texted at the same as you were driving, then you are willing to risk the entire wealth of the Company?

Guess what, even if you have a personal cell phone that you are using for Company business, and you do text while driving while causing an accident, then your Company becomes liable still.

Companies will be real intersted in this feature because $10 per month per line will reduce liability risks to the Company.

It is not just texting and it is not only if the person is driving.
