It is getting really hard to sell T-Mobile in my store when Sprint and Verizon have 20 times more 3g coverage than T-Mobile and att has 18 times more 3g coverage. Now with T-Mobile's higher data rates they are no longer "the deal" they once were. T-Mobile's 3g coverage in cities where they do have it (Austin here) seems spotty. Come on guys, step up!

Is employees like you that give tmo a bad rep. What about tmos customer care and also tmo is getting rady to launch their hspa+ .Maybe you should try to sell sprint

I am not an employee of T-Mobile, my shop sells all carriers. My best seller is at&t for people doing upgrades, Sprint is the best seller for new accounts followed by Verizon and T-Mobile.

In order here is the list of FEWEST complaints for coverage we receive for our Area: (Austin)
Sprint, Verizon, at&t, T-Mobile.

You said I should sell Sprint, I do, gladly plus they compensate our store with 3 times the revenue T-Mobile does and Sprint hsa the fewest charge backs while T-Mobile has the most. My post was meant to get them to step up. Having great customer service is nice but if you can't back it up with a stable network and you drop so many calls what's the point..I'll have to say at&t isn't far behind in call drops.
