T-Mobile USA Starts HSPA+ Deployment

The rumor mill says the BB 9700 will have both. I was told by an HTC rep a few months ago that they couldn't put both UMA and 3G in the same device. There was a 100% call drop rate switching between the 2. Apparently though, RIM has solved that particular problem, if rumors are to be believed. But that's a very big "if". They said the same thing about the myTouch.

The 9700 from blackberry is going to have 3G/UMA. I've played with it and its very nice. Going to be the best blackberry out there by far. About the same size as the 8700 but with a trackpad instead of the trackball. Can't say much on the battery life since I used it for about 20 mins. But I am def. excited for this phone.
