Yet another carrier that will have LTE before ATT!!!
I think the only thing that bothers me about AT&T is that they were the first to announce the transition into LTE...so why is that they are they late in the game of actually doing it?
Rogers just implemented
21mbps HSPA+ in Canada's 5 biggest cities, yet another thing that makes me jelous of another data network!!!

The feds don't mandate data roaming agreements and if Verizon gets a large LTE network built out they would be better served hoarding it and having customers sign up for their service if they want LTE speeds in a large area. It will be every carrier for itself.
No, I fully expect that to change. The current, forward thinking FCC will not allow VZW & AT&T to run roughshod over the rest of the wireless industry simply because VZW & AT&T have the wireline monopoly money to buy up smaller carriers' already constructed networks and the best new spectrum.
