I have to agree. This is becoming overly redundant. I can understand some of the logistics here if I am understanding it correctly. If I am, IPCS is just plain crazy with suing their provider left and right. How long will it be before Sprint tells IPCS you no longer can sell our products. Can someone clarify this relationship arrangement? Because frankly, I find this annoying as well and don't understand why Sprint is continuing the shananigans. I am wondering if my feelings were correct in the speculation that IPCS was company x in the bid for Virgin Mobile.

You know, thats not a bad speculation. IPCS could have very well been company X. Further-more, it is also possible that all 3 companies combined (iPCS Wireless, Horizon Personal Communications, and Bright Personal Communications Services) could make up Company X. Could it be possible these 3 companies are in union with each other somehow and perhaps wanted to try a run on their own? Starting with the acquisition of Virgin Mobile?

LOL! You right about 1 thing though, how much more are these companies going to push Sprint for? At what point is Sprint going to take its back off the wall and enter the offense? Sprint should just release them from their contract as soon as its over. Then again, is Sprint in a position to be able to do that?

I swear if I were Sprint I'd just buy this company and then have all the exec's 86'd from they're headquarters!!! Yeah that's what I'd do!

Dear Sprint,
Please buy these D-bags and line up all their execs in a row and slap them. Hard.
Thank you.

If Deutsche Telekom is able to buy out Sprint Nextel, will iPCS sue again? 🤨

lol not if they're half smart because DT would screw ipcs with no grease if they tried to sue. that would be like ipcs trying to sue verizon wireless or at&t mobility

I want to see them do that. That way DT would just buy them and divest them, or just shut them down.
