save the tree's by charging fee's!

i think going paperless is a great idea for all customers. you don't need a pc to check your balance. if you're a T-mobile customer dial #225# to get your balance. i can definitely understand that some people like to get a break down of their charges, but if it is absolutely necessary which it hardly never is go to your local library. it not only saves tree's but it save paper and postage costs which seem to keep rising annually. you can't hate on them for wanting to save money. the 1.50 fee is a bit much, but i would help the company pay the cost incurred to produce these statements. i think i would cause the majority of customers to switch over to paperless. I'm sure there is a lot of current customers who are unaware they can stop it from...
