I think you may wait for a while since it seems like you are one of the few market with less needs to be upgraded. I keep seeing your posts of 1000+Mbps downloads. That's pretty darned good. Here in Miami I'll be lucky to get anything above 550Kbps during rush hours. This makes me thing that maybe Las Vegas is not in the priority list.
