Sprint dropping bombs

if they fix the customer care problems they will be back to top form in no time

Sprint's already come a long way in the customer service department. For the most part they've bent over backwards to keep my business. I'm glad I didn't port out in July of last year when I was going to.

Sprint has made it clear that my business is appreciated as well.

I tire of people complaining of Sprint's CS. Those that do are:

1) Living in the past or
2) Feeding off others living in the past.

E.g. People leave negative posts on experiences they once had and can't accept the fact that Sprint has indeed changed and improved immensly. So others jump aboard to complain without even having tried Sprint.

I would highly recommend that individuals refrain from negative comments until a proper trial run be administered.

My one and ONLY gripe with them is that I can't purchase the Pre while on my existing family plan. However, I am convinced though through my present experience with Sprint, that they are currently the best all-...
