To give peeps another reason to sign up for at least a 59.99+ plan. Thats what they rate most of the salesman off of on how many of those and higher plans they sale. 😉

Been working for att for over a year and I still cannot calculate how they determine our feature number or our 59.99 attach rate %. :\
