I have ATT and I have the 59.00 900 minute plan. My rollover is like over 3000 minutes. All my minutes goes to non ATT customers. Shouldnt I be able to drop my plan down and be able to have this? Im paying them over 100 dollars a month because of smartphone data and texting isnt bundled together. Cant they give us a break somewhere?

I dont want to leave ATT but they cant even tell me the date for TP2 and whether it will have the 3.5 headphone jack. I think Im venting

If you're clearly not using all the minutes on our given plan, maybe you should just look at dropping it if the $20 extra dollars a month is that big of a deal.

What's TP2?

Touch Pro 2.

I always felt Rollover was a joke. If you have mins rolling over you clearly have a plan you dont need. You have too many mins. What you need to do is switch to a cheaper plan and save money or switch to a different company and save. In any case, you need to make a change that helps you save because saving mins is not the same as saving money.

However, this "A-List" has nothing to do with that. This "A-List" has nothing to do with rollovers. If you know you have 5 people you call every day (every other day) faithfully, then you could very well use this "A-List" plan. The fact that your un-used mins carry over to the next month is amazing because if you do need the "A-List" it will mean you are most likely going to have ton...

I can tell you from experience, on many sides that Rollover is a good thing. I have sold phones for Verizon, AT&T Wireless (against Cingular), then Cingular/AT&T, and T-Mobile.

No one has completely consistent usage month after month. Perhaps one month you add a child to the account and they don't reserve their minutes as they should; or maybe you or a family member gets sick and spend a lot of time with doctors/hospitals/insurance, etc; maybe you are getting married and have a lot of arrangements, or any one of a number of different potential factors that could alter usage.

We have all experienced, or know of someone who has experienced, larger than expected bills due to overage. You may expect a $50 bill, and BAM you're charged $...

I respect that. Yet still, depending on how many mins are rolling over, if you have mins rolling over every month, then you have the wrong plan. You should get a cheaper priced plan with less mins (again, depends on how many are rolling over). Don't get me wrong, I might think Rollover is a joke but that doesn't mean I want it gone. Rollover and Free-Incoming are 2 of the VERY FEW features any given company offers that is truly unique to its carrier and CAN in fact be beneficial.

I just think that if your making more calls then receiving, free-incoming might not be for you. If your always having mins rolling over (again, depends on how many, 50 mins rolling over isn't enough to change your plan but if you have 300+ rolling over, that migh...

Yeah but you've not touched that cereal in a year, and it was molded over. You should thank us for removing such a health hazard from your home. 😛
