I just wish it had as good as camera as the Pre does. I still might have to get this because my BB Tour trackball is messing up AGAIN ๐Ÿ‘ฟ and this is the 3rd one I've had. Can't scroll horizontally without having to scroll 5 or 6 times and its sensitivity is set on 90. Ridiculous

Detailed Description

Type: Exchange / Repair

The horizontal motion of the trackball has little/no responsiveness on an small percentage of RIM 9630 devices built before August 2nd, 2009.

If customer has a BlackBerry 9630 with the above issue:

Instructional Note: Work with the customer to run through two troubleshooting tips before offering to exchange the device.

Adjust trackball sensitivity to 70. Options>Screen/Keyboard>Trackball>make certain Horizontal and Vertical are set to at least 70

Did that already this is my THIRD BB Tour. Settings sensitivity set at 90. I'm good.

Well they said that there were a number of esn's that were effected, I.E. esn: 270XXXXXX453-270XXXXX553. In the example it shows that the esn's between those two will be effected due to a manufacturing defect so its just that you keep getting the bad bunch which is unfortunate. But RIM/blackberry is a pretty good company. I myself prefer Palm, but RIM/Blackberry just had a few bad apples. once you get one thats not defective I think you'll be happy with your phone.
