so you are telling me that now cellphone companies are going to make their customers add pic messaging to their plan because it has a camera?? or add text messaging to the plan because it has a keyboard?? just because the phone can do it or has it the customer HAS to pay for it though they dont want it??
not only is this stupid but they are giving their customers ultimatums that are a loose loose situation.

wow the world has some pretty greedy people living on it. and some pretty dumb people as well that agree with AT&T's actions. ahhh i guess the world cant be perfect..... 😕

This issue of requiring data for Smartphones has been fueled by issues AT&T is trying to address with a constant customer missuse of data programs. It in turn costs the customers wasted time & money as well as for AT&T. the solution? require Data for ALL smartphones....Sure it sucks because now another group of AT&T customers will be unhappy, and maybe the data plan will lower in price as a response. things change. The one thig that people have forgotten is this industry changes daily. What was once a standard will be replaced 6 months later by a new policy...The Same issue happened over at Verizon when I still worked for them, and customers complained, then it all fadded away, I'm not sure what the data plans are there now, but I wouldn't b...
