Exactly. People have buying power, that is the most powerful weapon. You don't like what AT&T is doing? Don't do business with them.

Nobody is leaving ATT the masses will be heard and ATT will listen. Believe me when the FCC hears about this.

FCC wont do anything. VZW tmobile and sprint already do this. y would they make at&t change?

The fcc won’t do any thing. Att is perfectly within there rights as a business to require a data plan. I personally think it is stupid to require it, but they are within there rights to require it. As some one else said if people don’t like it they can leave. I believe that they will have the right to terminate with no fee if they do not wish to have the data but att says there is no way around it.
