Changed my mind abt this company. You get what you pay for. Back to and sticking with Tmobile. If you have a problem trying to change your handset or there website etc forget about it. And not the nicest people when you call they dont even set hold times

As one dealer from the midwest put it as he set up the 78th port from Boost in 3 days, I hope the last person who leaves those other companies turns off the light!

Yes well I am unfortunatly one of your "hicupps in the system and have grown to impatient with a few rude sups and reps who just say hold please without even asking permission and then left me on hold for days. I would rather have the handset i like with tmobile and have never experienced better customer service is the Main thing in 9 years. And ive tried everyone to me the extra bit id rather pay. I havent been eble to make an esn change in almost two weeks and its been escalated to verizon and cant use yourwebsite either so it was sianara. To each there own I guess.

Sorry about the problems. That dosn't reflect the norm. We use VZW equiptment. So since you are not under a contract....
