Paying for wallpapers=obsolete

I am still kind of in shock that carriers charge a dollar (or more) for a photo to use as wallpapers.

Maybe this will help break anyone of that insanity.

They have been trying to maintain that ripoff business by blocking bluetooth file transfer.

I notice T-Mobile is more likely to pull that scam on cheap phones. Blackberry and Windows phones can receive images and ringers, but the samsung T329.

I guess they like to target uneducated poor people who are easier to cheat.

But the FCC is more worried that not every carrier sells the iPhone.
