Waste of money

It took this long for Verizon to come out with this. What a waste...$60 domestic plan, that's typical, no big deal there but then you have to pay for the device yet? Why not just get an AT&T aircard then which is free, same price for domestic data and since they've had roaming agreements with carriers overseas for years, the roaming rates are much better then Verizon would have just aqquired I'm sure.

First off.. It's THAN not THEN. It's ACQUIRED not AQQUIRED. Some people need to do a little better job at spell / grammar checking before they post.

Second. You need to check your comparison charts. ATT Global data plan is $139.99 per month, according to their website. Plus it has pretty much the same overage as VZW.

Third. You're just mad because all ATT can talk about right now is how they stand up globally, because their domestic data network is weaker than VZW. Don't believe me check the coverage maps.

Ooo, I spelled a word incorrectly while typing quickly, shoot. But "then" is correct in the context Mr. Grammer.

My point exactly. oh and thanks for the dictionary reference Dancedjeric. Maybe you should slow down a little. Remember there is a way for you to check your spelling and preview your post before you submit it. 😛

Hmm. Let's take a look at your post. You titled it "Waste of money", and you DO reference the $60 price point, and state again "What a waste". Do you even know who ATT has roaming agreements with?? Who's to say that they aren't the same rates that VZW gets. Did you forget that one of VZW...

well to say the least all the intl data roaming rates r way too expensive.

at&t has the same towers as verizon internationally plus more so by default at&t would have better coverage.

domestically vzm wins it but i get mixed opinions on that all the time.

data still to expensive for me so if i leave the country anytime soon i wont be getting any aircards from anyone.
