Clear Wire does not have a "data cap". The unlimited plan is unlimited. You are all confusing this with cellular data which WiMax is NOT. Sprint is really just a reseller of the Clear Wire service since Xohm is no more so they do not make the Terms and Conditions. WiMax should be compared to DSL or Cable internet which also do not have caps, not cellular data. Why would they sell a "Hotspot Creator" that can connect up to 32 computers, but have a 5GB cap? Now if you go and use up a terabyte of data in a month I would not be surprised if you get throttled down like Comcast and At&t do now.
