I have nearly wrecked a dozen times and actually hit a curb resulting in a flat tire while texting.

Of course, you mean "you're wrong."
That a term is included in a dictionary because morons (such as you?) use it in their vernacular does not make that term a legitimate word (see: hospitalize).

What about the guy/gal changing the radio station/skipping to find a song? They gonna bann car radios next? Why do we need laws to tell us not to do things that we already know can cause a accident? The...

I can take a picture of you cheating on your wife and black mail you with it... for example.
They did just pass a law that people under 22 could not text while driving. Apparently the officers can look at someone driving and pull them over under the suspicion of texting. If they are over 22 then its "have a nice day". This law seems pretty stupid to me. I believe that texting and driving should be illegal accross the board, but an outright cell ban would overstepping alot of bounds.
dumb. the whole thing is dumb. we need less warning labels and bubble wrap lets let the dumb get weeded out. otherwise we are going to end up like the movie Idiocracy 🤨
I can always tell when people are trying to make a call on roads and freeways cause they almost always weave lanes.
It's getting bad. I faithfully use bluetooth and Sync, just so I can keep my eyes on the road.
