Oh brother...
If anything, AT&T and Verizon should sue Sprint because Sprint directly attacks both companies in their ads.
AT&T, this is STOOPID of you! Let Verizon advertise as they please and work on making your own dam ads worth watching.
...
I get quite a kick out of ads from AT&T lol.
I agree with you on the Sprint attacks, although theirs is at least somewhat truthful because technically, their plans ARE cheaper, but their service isn't what it used to be.
But in all reality, this is probably going to end in increased monthly costs for both companies =(

You cant go after someone if they talk the facts like Sprint always does in their ads. If you remember, Sprint also had attacked VZW for their false Push to Talk ads (the construction worker ads) and they were immedialty removed. You can also look at the independant studies done latelty yo also prove VZW is advertising falsely.

I'm waiting for Verizon to counter sue the "fastest" claim. because why should the typical customer care that in one city they can connect even faster, when where they actually have service, their 3g is spotty at best.
All advertising is inflated in one way or another.. but it's a dumb move for ATT trying to attack 3g claims when their own 3g network is already the subject of bad press.

I have yet to once experience this so-called "bad 3G network" AT&T has. I've lived in Texas for the last 10 years, but have visited friends and relatives in Kansas, Florida, Missouri, and Oklahoma for extended periods of time (1-2 weeks) and I don't get bad reception, the internet speeds are decent (albeit a bit slower during peak hours) and the experience is enjoyable.
I actually want to have a bad experience, so that way I can actually know what these people are saying =/

We are talking about AT&T's 3G network, not EDGE/GPRS/GSM network.
...
Considering that's EXACTLY what/where I was talking about as well, my point is still 100% valid. Nice try.
