What kind of Internet are they offering? Not that it matters...

I am not a TracFone guru, but I thought their definition of "mobile web" was the 1999 kind of mobile web which only allows you to see the carrier's little playground.

But even if this is true full-service Internet access, browsing the Internet on a V3 is going to byte so much that you would never dream of using 30 megabytes. The Openwave browser itself barely works, the phone's processor is so slow that even a good browser wouldn't help, and the data speed is so slow that fixing the other two problems still might not raise it to the level of acceptability.

As long as TracFone doesn't run out of V3's, this plan is as generous as giving someone a mo-ped and offering to pay for any speeding tickets they get on the freeway.
