There are no trials being run outside of that, except maybe at the Alpharetta headquarters, in the labs.
There's been more than a little interest in them. An escalations manager I know has taken more than a few minutes of screaming because she couldn't deliver one (and wouldn't if she could in most cases 😉 ). However, the director of our call center has been told that he could not get one - this guy had a Bold months before they were out, so it's clearly something they're keeping close to the chest.
