How can they get away with ripping off the consumer like this? Selling 3G phones and not being able to provide you with 3G service. Obviously they have the FCC in their pocket.

Thats like saying a car company selling you a car that can do a 140 but not providing you any roads to do this on legally is ripping you off too. Grow up, we have no control on where you move to.
