It was sorta funny (for me) looking for the clock & alarm app: I knew I came across it in the demo unit in the Sprint store, but I couldn't find it on my unit. The help files even had the reference for the clock app (Tap 'Clock' to start the application)... but after looking around for it for about 5 minutes, I just gave up.
Luckily my brother happened upon the update dialog, which solved that problem. 😛
