Or get individual sims for calling versus data. Or individual sims for local versus long distance or international call?

Yeah, or you could actually use the dual SIM functionality for more reasonable purposes ... 😛 Honestly, I would love to have one of these so I could use a T-Mobile SIM for U.S. calling and a OneRoam SIM for international roaming, which offers much better international rates than the U.S. carriers offer abroad, not to mention free incoming calls in many countries. This type of phone would also allow a person who has a personal line and a business line to combine them both into one phone, eliminating the need to tend to two separate devices.

My only question is why all of the dual SIM handsets that have been released to date are only tri-band and not quad-band?
