No, it will be CDMA/LTE. I don't see what would be the point for Verizon to overlay their network with GSM, considering they have already invested billions in their CDMA network.

AT&T = GSM/UMTS/LTE

Neither. LTE is neither GSM nor CDMA. It is a new technology in both airlink & core network.
