And they still don't have a way to add data or texting packs on-line. Too bad because that's a violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act. Hate to tell you this, AT&T, but deaf folks can't 'call' 611 and follow the voice prompts, you see, we are deaf.

It's called Texting. This is how deaf people communicate. There is a reason there are messaging only plans available.
