i definitely have to agree with those that approve of sony ericsson. i've worked for cingular for over a year now, and i've dealt with almost every single one of the phones we sell (except for the samsung P207 and the LG A7110...neither of which i was too impressed with).

i can honestly say that when any customer asked me what my opinion is of a particular phone, i always direct them to either sony ericsson or nokia. there's really no competition anymore. they both have the best reception, the fastest technology, and the best features. motorola has chosen fashion over function so many times it makes me sad to see that they are still in business. RAVR? give me a break. i could sneeze that thing into pieces. i backed up over my nokia WITH MY CAR and it still worked. i'm a musician and i've accidently bashed my Z500 way too often and i haven't had a problem with the faceplate slipping off or anything. the "loading" thing sort of bugged me at first, but i got used to it and i don't even mind it anymore.

ultimately it's your choice when you pick out a phone, hopefully you keep your options open and try out everything. i still do even tho motorola hasn't made a decent phone in years.

xoxo
