they are pushing landline on sales people and writing people up for not selling enough. at&t did a stupid move when they started pushing that after all the wireless carriers spent a good part of a decade selling against landline. ralph de la vega needs to go and randall needs to bring back stan! and while we're at it they need to get rid of mobile email and let the handset manufactures decide what type of email is on the handset.

Why do you say this? Ralph is repeatedly praised in the industry as a game-changer and a revolutionary. He pretty much orchestrated the whole iphone sensation in cooperation with Apple.

Unfortunately for us, most consumers are simply either not bright enough or too lazy to learn mutliple different OS' on the different manufacturers handsets in the US. That is why each company tries to standardize some apps, or, as Verizon has done...
