411 always cost money. so did vznav.
But since you can search for numbers and addresses in VZnavigator anyway, why are customers still using 411? We use the ability to NOT use 411 as a selling point for VZnav because you can find almost anything you need without having that extra 1.50 charge.
But you know people were asking for it.
