Hey 56Mbps!

Cool and Wimax had testing speeds of 70Mbps. Doesn't mean crap if it's not real world. FYI phonescoop. 70Mbps in testing, up to 10Mbps real world.

10mbs over my phone or broadband card would be fine by me.

I suspect this is more typical of having extra capacity vs. speed. How many handsets would use this ? None that I know of. Fixed / data cards - possible.
Using MIMO would be tough on HSPA, as it has issues with limited spectrum CURRENTLY.
