So to answer your question if you are on a Flex Pay account then they do not run your credit. Funny thing buy that I-Phone unlock it put it on T-Mobile slap T-zone on it and bam you have everything except Visual Voice mail on it without a contract! Sure they do charge you $5 more a month for Flex Pay but hey it sure beats that Monster deposit.
