for customers who keep breaking their phones. only so many you can buy at the increased price within a certain time frame. kinda sucked for the customer when you went to buy an iphone and you get told that you cannot. this will help them out a little

Oh yeah, help you out by making you pay half a grand.. ok. makes sense Laughing man at&t are a big rip off. their bils are ridiculous and now this is just as bad. but sadly enough there are ppl out there that will pay this much for a phone. so kudos to at&t i guess.

I dont know what your talking about ripping off bills, I been with AT&T or cingular for about.. 4 years. and they always treated me right and my bills were always correct, there are times there were mistakes on my bill, but they took care of it. HAPPY HERE!!! Very Happy

Everything can be right and still be more costly. That was the bone of contention he was trying to make. My bills are correct every month as well but my carrier charges me less a month for being able to make quality phone calls. I could wager that I can make phone calls anywhere you can and still save money!
