So, Yeah! I love Cingular!! Love my service!! been with them 6 months and its been great so far! Happy?? LOL 🤣
I would never switch back. I enjoy the versatility of GSM, as well as the voice quality over CDMA. I live in Florida, and Cingular is better than Verizon in my area hands down.
I like to keep a couple of extra GSM phones charged up during hurricane season. I was without electricity for a total of almost 5 weeks between 3 hurricanes last year, and it was nice to have a phone on backup. You didn't want to use anything hooked up to the car because you didn't know how long it would be before gasoline would be pumpable again (as it required electricity). the only problem is that verizon doesnt have the lowest churn rate.... USCellular does...
I suggested a few posts back that they should convert all 32-bit ESNs to include a 24-bit null header and have all the information verify the same.
