As soon as I saw T-Mob in the list of members, I instantly thought of the @Home product. One (of many) big issues with the current @Home service is that it requires a broadband Internet connection, which instantly filters the biggest potential market for land line phones (seniors) and makes porting their current land line number a huge headache if they are using DSL.
