What's the point?

What's the point when they don't offer data cards, not even featured phones or smartphones which could benefit the speed that LTE offer.

I would imagine they are planning to expand the services they offer to warrant the upgrade to LTE.

If not, your absolutly right.

They offer MetroFLASH. I went into the store carrying my HTC Touch Pro and planning to MetroFLASH and test out an old Sprint Katana I.

Much to my disbelief, the rep flashed my HTC Touch Pro and now I have it on the metro account. Ready or not network, I'll let you know how it goes in the southern california area. If Metro-freakin-PCS brings 4G to Calabasas, California before any of other major carriers, I will be laughing my ass off
