this is what they get for being such a crappy company with idiots in outsourced call centers with cheesy accents and poor people skills. how's it feel to be the one bent over the kitchen table now sprint. ha ha 🤣 🤣

You need to grow up. It is very unprofessional for a rep from T-Mobile to disparage the competition. You say that Sprint has outsourced call centers when T-Mobile, a foreign company, that is in the process of doing just that. Try calling the Flex-Pay or Pre-pay activations and see what country you call AND my T-Mobile rep says more centers will move.I sell all carriers and by far Sprint, now that Dan Hesse took over a year ago, no longer has the customer service problems. They have the most reliable 3G network that is far more advanced than T-Mobile and at&t and about the same as Verizon. They have so much bandwidth they are able to rent space to Virgin Mobile,Helio, and Cricket. I have been selling all carriers for 10 years and I will admit...
