I tried to sign up today and they told me no... I have had tmobile since to days of Omnipoint...oh well I think I am switching to Verizon, I am sick of Tmobile

They said that its not in my market. My contract is up in June, but I have been with them for 10 years...no interupt anything...I shouldnt have to pay 149 for unlimited family for 1 more month...its crazy

I'd call back and talk to someone else. You should be able to get that if you've been with the company for 10 years.

Length of tenure isn't the only measurement. If you don't ask why you don't qualify you'll never know. I'd ask.

I see, this whole thing is a mess, they shouldnt release a plan until its for everyone, again another reason to jump ship. How can you give "some people" a great deal and not others. As a loyal customer, my location should not dictate my plan.
I'm just saying....
