As they are they're not immune to the economic state.
Word from inside TMO, no pay raises this year.

You would think with the economic down turn those who thought it necessary to change carriers would flock to TMO. But I think Boost Mobile's $50 everything plan gave those people a reason to pause. 🤨

Everyone is suffering in some way. They cut back to save jobs which is better than we can say for other companies that can't keep their employees

AS GOOD: as what? alot of other carriers also have buy one get one. or buy one get one half off. T-Mobile doesn't have that. That plan sounds good but there are some contions to it.
Thier Favs is only 5. One of the other competitors have 10.They did just recently make some changes,I think more changes need be in order.
so you are one of the lucky ones, good for you.

What good is buy one phone get one free when you pay an arm and a leg every month on your bill? I never understood why people don't look at the long term when it comes to buying cell phone.

Because no one looks long term?

It's the same reason people go with Tmobile, Sprint, or some local carrier because they are cheaper per month without checking coverage. Tmobile is a great company as long as it works where you need it to (my first phone was tmobile, the only complaint I had was coverage when I went out of state for college).

But people never look at the big picture.. This is why people freak out about bogo's on phones, or get the "barebones" plans and then complain when they use premium features at pay-per-use.

I get sick of hear T-Mobile's coverage is lacking. Simply put it's not true. T-Mobile is the only carrier that gives you accurate street level mapping of your coverage. I've lived in Mi,Wi,NY,CT,MA,MD,PA and traveled all over those states and have yet to have a coverage problem. In fact here in Detroit my coverage out performs ATT and Verizon. My call clarity is leaps and bounds better. Everyone has dead spots, so yes in those situations sure one carrier might not work. But that isn't just T-Mobile, this happens with all carriers.

As far as Verizon taking my circle. You must have a 89.99 for a family plan and it's 10 lines for all the users. 5 lines means 2 per line and they aren't managed on the phone. T-Mobile is 5 per.

For a single ...

I've lived in PA, Indiana, and now I am back in mountain country PA. The only place my Tmobile phone worked very well was back in PA near Philly.

Where Tmobile works it is great service, but there are a lot of rural areas where it is very, very spotty.

I'm not knocking Tmobile for this, I'm just saying that customers need to look at more than the cost of service when they look at a plan, just like they need to look at more than the cost of the phone.

I didnt know this. So, 2 Lines means 5 per line? (or however they devide to spilt it) Which is no different then Tmo's MyFaves Family (which gives 5 people to 1st 2 phones on the family plan). When you look at it under this light.......Tmo will also give 5 people to the 3rd, 4th and 5th lines for a total of 25 faves.

Also, as you mentioned...Ours start at $39.99 and $69.99 compared to Vzw @ $59.99 & $89.99.

Now, Im not mashing or bashing Vzw....I simply didnt know these facts. Now that I do....How...

your right we dont have bogo or all that other crap but we have 14 differant models of free phones, 4 models under $20, 6 models under $50, 8 models under $100. Cell phone companies aren't walmart, kmart, or a flea market.Prices should be set upfront, not if you do this we will give you this. Its just marketing your not really getting a deal.

you are wrong its a very good plan especially when other companies charge $99.99 for the same service and so what if tmobile doesnt have a huge selection of phones i just buy mine unlocked and call it a day.
