T-Mobile Expands $50 Unlimited Plan Across the U.S.
This doesn't make sense!
The chances of someone having a line on another carrier after having T-Mobile for two years is very rare and to top it off after people that post over these threads stating that they didn't qualify for the promotion after being with T-Mobile for ever I am starting to feel like this is just marketing hype and not a true value to the customers that they have. As far as current customers are concerned making people wait for this $50 plan and then not offering it to them is going to create more churn then anything.

Unless it is on another post, I have only read that from "1" poster. When I spoke to Tmobile, one qualification is timely payments. It goes beyond just not having your service disconnected. BTW, I'm not saying you did not make timely payments.

its crap it is for everyone, one thing that people dont realize (If you dont work in the wirless industry) is really honestly is people give misinformation all day long. If you dont get a response that you like call back or log into my tmo, and change your plan there.
Please give advice on how those of us who do not qualify for their 22 month requirement can get into this plan. I would save a good deal of money if I could change to an unlimited $50/month plan.
Im in Chicago, and theres this new phone service to us called Criket. i was considering changing over to them in august when my contract was up because they offer unlimited calling for 50 bucks and no 2 commitment. Now that T-mobile brought this out, i'm definately sticking to my provider.
all in all to each their own. for sake of argument. 😎
