Certainly by now they might learn building cheap crap that breaks so violently is not good for PR.

Went into the AT&T Store today, they are replacing my daughters Quickfire with a Propel, they couldn't do it in the store, but via the mail.
I have to admit, both the store staff and the warranty woman on the phone were understanding, friendly and professional (just could be my luck) outside of having to wait for them to call warranty claims, it was fast.
I sorta wish they gave me a choice, because I probably would have got her an eternity. But fair enough.
