Union Authorizes Strike Against AT&T

I don't believe AT&T is hiring illegals or spaced out druggies. I'm sorry you work for a company that doesn't have employment standards, has management that is deceptive and doesn't care about their employees.

However, that does not mean every company is like that.

I know from personal experience this is an across the board practice that companies all over America are putting into place that allows them to legally harass and fire high paid workers that they then can replace with low wage, non-unionized contracted labor.

This is a pretty big claim. When I asked for validation you told me that you work for a really shady company that hires illegals and drug users and has management (which you claim to be part of) that lies to its employees. This by no means is an "across the board practice that companies all over America are putting into place".

Of course, you claim to be a manager in a company where the management lies to its employees. One can't expect a lot from you here can they?
