IPCS is licensed to sell Sprint branded IDEN products in certain areas. When or if the license expires, Does the FCC hold the license rights or does Sprint? If Sprint does, can Sprint choose not to renew the license and then move into the territory? What is the difference between IPCS and small licensed stores doing the same thing already? Example: Sprint has corporate stores in our area. But we also have small licensed wireless companies selling strickly Sprint/Nextel products. I am sure it is more complicated than this but I can not find any info on this so I am not sure on the answer to this question.
