it may be a good program for select few but 98% of it well be abused phones lost or traded for drugs.
i used to be over a contract to repair low in come (aka govt income only) houseing its mostly people thats 3rd, 4th and yes even 5th genration just living off the govt checks poping kids out and enjoying all the drugs their checks buy.

Remember, you can qualify for "poverty" in america by having a home/apartment, having a car, having cable tv, and a cellphone.


I'm not saying that there arn't people that really need help, I'm saying that the system doesnt work because it does nothing but throw money at people.
