I agree we need to stop this. People have known since 2007 that this was coming and had more than enough time to prepare. There's a good lesson about not waiting until the last minute in this somwewhere.

the original date of DTV was July 2006 and the stations did not take it serious. So now they have had 3 years and people still aren't ready. people do not change unless forced to.
LETS FORCE THEM TO CHANGE. WHO DOESN'T WANT GOOD TV SIGNAL

When I brought my dog to obedience training, the instructor stated that you only tell a dog to do something once. Otherwise, the dog doesn't understand that you mean it.
Some people are like dogs.
If they postpone it again, people will still not get the coupons and will still not have converters by the time the next deadline approaches. They know the government has postponed it before, and they will moan and complain to their congressperson and we'll have yet another delay.
The government should ship coupons in bulk to all of the major electronic retailers that carry converters and have them distribute the coupons. It is in everyone's best interest-- the government, the retailers and the consumers.

The people who are affected by this are the people who don't pay for TV anyway. They shouldn't have any say in what happens to TV anyway.
