I tried the unlimited plan for one day. And too many problems with Boost to list here. Horrible Customer Service, Horrible complicated phones. When they ported my number and gave me a temp to use on there website none of them worked and I had no phone to use. Lets see what else no call waiting they dont tell you about. And the Iden network is not that good signal goes in and out dropped calls even though it said i was in an excellent coverage area. I returned and disputed charges. And there top plan at 60.00 comes with 200 Roaming mins just in case and if you ...

99% of the problems that you describe could have been avoided or discovered earlier if you just researched or asked some questions before you signed up for service and started to port your number. For me Boost is fine and I don't hope they go under. You hope Boost goes under because you are impulsive and didn't do your homework. People need jobs, and $50 nationwide unlimited...get a clue man

Point well taken people do need the jobs. Everything just works differently for everyone and at this time at least for me cricket is much better. Boost just needs to clean up there act. They were not prepared to launch there new plan. And There website does not sign you up correctly gives you a temp number to use while your waiting for them to port yours and the temp never works. And The Iden network is not all its cracked up to be when they are trying to brag about it.

I ported my number in from T-Mobile and it was working on my Boost Phone in 20 minutes. Maybe Cricket had a problem not wanting to get rid of the number.

Every single company that sells mobile phones runs into issues. When the Number portability first started here in the states I remember a lot of bitching and complaining going on because of how long it took, how it was bungled and such. I also remember when MetroPCS started in this area, I heard stories of how they didn't have this phone or that phone, or they couldn't activate this phone or that phone because the computers are so busy that they couldn't get the phone activated in a timely manner.

Stuff happens, when you put out a product that a lot of people want at once, problems do occur. Sprint has had issues, Verizon had issues. Hell AT&T had issues when the iPhone first came out... How many problems happened with that came out???? ...
